This is a command line tool for Windows XP that changes the screen resolution. This comes handy for unattended Windows installations, for example.

You can use the tool in two ways. You can give the desired screen width and height as separate values. This form supports arbitrary values, but not all resolutions are valid for your screen. Such cases will be reported as errors. Example:

ChangeScreenResolution.exe 1024 768

Or you can combine them in the common form "WxH". This form only supports 1024x768 and 1280x1024 right now. Example:

ChangeScreenResolution.exe 1024x768

This is free software and comes with no warranty. Its intended use is as an educational tool only. Use at your own risk!
