I am a PhD student at the Computer Vision and Geometry Group of the Institute for Visual Computing at the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich (ETHZ), under the supervision of Prof. Marc Pollefeys. I joined the group in September 2014, after receiving a MSc in Informatics at the Technische Universität München the same year.

See my list of publications here.

My research interests are dense visual SLAM and dense 3D reconstruction, especially on mobile devices such as Google's Project Tango Tablet. The images below show a result from the system presented in our 3DV 2015 paper "3D Modeling on the Go: Interactive 3D Reconstruction of Large-Scale Scenes on Mobile Devices". See the corresponding research project website.
