Girls Training for the European Girls' Olympiad in Informatics
For the next round, the Swiss Olympiad in Informatics (SOI) organizes a number of “girls only” events. These will prepare for a participation in the olympiads, are completely free of charge, and open to all levels (beginners explicitly included). There is an on-site kickoff event in Bern on September 27, followed by weekly online courses. So if you teach a class with a few potential (female) participants, let them know. And speaking of things you can do with your class: the new round for the SOI will start on September 1 and will be open until September 26. Further Reading
