Title:   Parametric inference via polytope algebra

Abstract:
This lecture concerns the extension of dynamic programming
algorithms from numbers to convex polytopes. These arise
in the context of "Algebraic Statistics for Computational
Biology", my recent book with Lior Pachter and 27 others.
The goal is to introduce the polyhedral chapters of this book.
