Connection between Trees and Msas

We now show that the upper bound CS_max(S) also serves as an upper bound for the score of the associated, unknown evolutionary tree T(S). In addition, the scoring function $CS(\mbox{\rm A})$ serves as a scoring function for a tree $T(\mbox{\rm A})$.
